but 3 hours after jackson was born i was home and happy…i made the best choice by coming home we were  all happy and comfortable..

first few days are like a dream.no sleep and learning how to breest feed all hard.but got there and loving breest feeding..now.getting used to my new life with my little man he is the best thing that has ever happened to us.seeing jackson with his dad lights me up..i love it.  getting it all done is hard like house work etc…but im getting there and loving it …ill post some pics soon and let you all know how things are going oxoxox

i realise my birth experiance will be a lot different then somebody who whent threw a private hospital,but so far my experiance has been great ,the team of ladies are all so nice ,and at the end of the day we are not out of pocket any! there is no price we wouldnt pay for the health of our baby,but there is no questioning we have made the right choice with our care!!! but after the birth i will let you all know how it whent.

not long now ..still weeks but what can i do baby will come when baby is ready oxoxoox take care all

#2 i meet my partner at my friends brothers house, it was just another night,i was home from melbourne for two weeks and my friend wanted to get somthing from her brothers …we ended up satying and parting and i meet brett oxoxox i never whent back to live in melbourne and we have been together for 6 years …goes to show its a;; ment to be,if ihave never whent there i would never have my man or my baby!!! so ment to be oxoxox

#3 most mums that i know (so far as im still pregnant and havent met a great deal). they wouldnt know that  i never let down there get out of control hahaha always maintained no matter what t even if i cant see it at the moment …its a must in my life most mums say how they never have time to look good…i would not clean the house before that got out of control hahahah

#4 before i became a mum, i had many hobbies…..three of them are ………and dont pass any jugement hahaha..dancing,drinking and shopping all this was after a long week at work …

#5 my kids will never know that i once had somthing in common with bob marley. that at 15 i whent overseas by myself and most of my tattos i got underage hahahha wow i was a rebel

#6 my big achivement in my life was changing my life! from a blugger who was lazy and only motivated to party etc…too a girl who got of her ass and whent to tafe got high destinctions in school certificate…got a job at a resturant at the local pub worked my but of till i had enough experiance to move on to another job..there i worked my butt of and got supervisor,

next sunday im having a three course dinner for my sisters to say thanks for my great  baby shower!!! im excited about this,its funny what u get excited about when your pregnant…insted of cocktails its food and lots of it…its weird reality has now kicked in and im having a baby soon and words cant explain how this feels, soooo good!!! some people may think i have taken it to far by not smoking and not dying my hair and eating non processsed food etc but i now know its so worth it!!!!!! i hope i have set a good example for my sisters and friends for when they have kids, that nothing is to much of a sacrifice for your child…so far all has gone well and to plan with my pregnancy and as hard as its been i know i will be able to do all the nauty things again!!!!!! soon just stiill counting down the weeks …oxoxoxooxoxoxo

we had a great turn out some people didnt show up but that didnt matter!! i had the best time..i got so many gifts its amazing , people were so kind.i got soooo spoilt ..the food was great we had a selection of currys and nice bread,we had chocolates and cupcakes and tea!!! yummy

i wanted it at a resturant so the cleaning wasnt left to any one and its always great to have nice food that you dont have to cook ..it was a great idea and everyone thort so!!!!

i was so tired by the end i fell asleep on the couch when i got home haha but not before looking again at my great gifts…brett my partner did make an apperance at the end to help open our gifts and thank everyone which was a great touch as everyone wanted to say a big congrats….i think it was the best shower ever….

I have had a lot of pain in my feet legs and fingers due to swelling. And my energy has almost gone.but when i feel baby move i feel so much better and i know its all worth it.. well my baby shower is this sunday and im soooooooooooo exited cant wait to show pics! sorry about the winge!!!!!!!!!!! sure ill be back to my sparky self real soon  oxoxoxoxooxoxoxox mandy P>S looking foward to looking back on this and having a good old laugh ….i do believe ill even miss my tummy when its gone hahahaha

this week we are doing the hospital tour which is so super exciting!!! and im organising hospital bags etc so ill let you all know how it goes …i have had lots of rsvps to my baby shower and we are looking like having 28 ladies there!!! i have had major baby brain thinking my shower is this sunday noooo its on the 8th next week so im so excited to blog that event and have lots of pics for you all …well till next time xoxoxooxoxoxooxooxox mandy

pick a good book,my choice was what to expect when your expecting!!!! this is a great book it has absolutly everything in it,from trying to concive,every month it includes what you should be doing at your doctors appts and development of your baby and things you will be experiancing and what you might be worried about..it has been my bible…it also has a section of breastfeeding the hospital,and when baby comes home.. i think its a must have..a forum on the computer!!!! i use maternal..go to google and type in pregnancy forums and the  choice is yours!!! here is the site refrence for maternal…http://forum.maternal.com.au/index.php

good walking shoes.. this is important as walking can help labour,carry blood to the baby and keep you healthy..do it for you and your baby..in the first and last trimester this can prove to be a matter of motivation..so push yourself for 40 min a day…

second hand baby room ok maybe some people live like pigs so dont choose a nasty one… we didnt have heaps of money to throw on a babies room,but i really wanted a nice room for my babies first room,keeping in mind you can use it again for the other babies that will one day join the family.My mum knew a lovely ladie who had a great babies room and it was time for her little one to have a big kids room,she wasnt having another so she suggested we bought it from her…it was beautiful..see photos of babies room,its unisex in top condition and wont age with time..it included every thing from wall pictures to matching curtins and bed spred,a rocking chair and the list goes on…it was a great deal ..we also got our pram nd baby bath second hand!! there are  lts out there in top condition…buying it all new is a very costly thing…i got thinking how do other mums like me find babies room second hand? cheak your fourum..or trading post also get on the net ebay has lots of stuff.. and places do cheap curtins etc just dont spend to much,because in two years baby will want a big kids room!!!! then baby #two can have the old one…

maternity clothes…eeewww i was lucky i had a really trendy sis in law who pasted down hers!!! so no money spent !! the things i did buy were maternity bras,my bobs were growing at such a fast pace i needed somthing with room that i can wrere in preganacy and when baby comes! bras and things were great and knew what to do and suggest..I bought heaps of track suit pants being winter and all..

storage vac bags..well i got some to put matenity clothes in for next time!!! keeps everything neat and tidy..

hair dye no thanks..many mums to be still dye there hair but i i didnt! i decided i would much prefer regrowth then worry the dye had hurt baby!!!! yep i feel yucky but not long to go and i can do what i want…i chose a make up that had sunscreen and more natural ingrediants but still had great coverage!!! ask the ladie at the counter she is  there to help you with your questions..i choise ella bache!! you can get it from david jones or ella bache stores!!!! it lasts for months so its a good price!!!!  perfum i still use but some sweet sents make me sick! i spray the perfum on my clothes not my skin!! i  wash my hair and use body gel..all regular stuff!!!

strech mark cream yes the worrie of strech marks!!! i use palmers strech mark cream it has a picture of a pregnant ladie on the bottle! it has been proven that if your ment to get them you will anyway no matter how much cream you use!! but i wanted to try and provent them and its worked so far! one bottle lastes a few months and it feels great and helps reduce that itchy strechy skin!!!

my choice of care I decide to use a midwive birthing center! most places have them, in my case it was a public hospital! its free so no complants and has great feed back!!! with the center its a natural approch to birth,so it has baths and balls and plenty of room for all your moving and postioning! they dont administer epidural,but will support your choice of pain relief! you have to book in with them asap or when you find out your pregnant! as they only take a few ladies  a month as rooms are limited..yep you get your own room!!! great for public!!! your gp will need to give you a referal and the midwives will see you from 14 weeks so you can say buy to your gp after 14 weeks!! i was so happy with this because i wanted to be going to place my baby was going to be born it got me used to the place,and my partner!!!! you get to know your midwives as they look after your appts so there is no strange face at the birth…you can only use the center if your a low risk pregnancy!! we are so happy with our choice we feel happy and confident we have made the right one, it takes a lot stress and worrie of…now we can enjoy and wait……………

classes we have started our class at 30 weeks ,so its fresh in your mind!!! your hospital will give you info on this,its great and fun you meat people and when the classes start you know you are on your way!!!!! im also doing a breast feeding class just yo get a bit of understanding of how to do it!!! hospitals have lots of classes so make sure to get  a list of the ones they have!!

baby shower ill be 32 weeks and its a good time to have the shower at this stage ,,get a family member or friend do do this for you…it gives you somthing to be heaps excited about and look faward too,i cant wait to have mine my sisters and mum have done this for me!!! ill have lots a pics and a blog of the day…..so a big thanks to emma and clair xxxoxooxoxo and mum for her helping hand
